Impact of COVID-19 related stressors on mental health in junior medical students

Introduction: Concern for mental health consequences in general population world­wide has been apparent since the start of actual pandemic. Aim study was to assess impact COVID-19 related stressors on junior medical students during December 2020 lockdown. Material and methods: The investigation included 275 second-year aged 19-28 years, from Faculty Medicine, Ss. Cyril Methodius University Skopje 2020. Self-administered questionnaire containing standardized instruments assessment parameters psychological distress (BAI, BDI PSS) were used. attitudes status testing infection, self-perceived levels concerns academics [COVID-19-AA (academic apprehensions)] those self family/friends [COVID-19-GA (general included.
